ITA monthly webinar of April will be dedicated to “Nutrition and clean sport”.
Many factors contribute to success in sport, and nutrition is a key component. This session, led by muaythai world champion, holistic nutrition expert and ITA Education Ambassador Janice Lyn, will provide you with practical advice and tips from her experience on how to make the most out of your nutrition and lifestyle to support your performance. As supplements can be a risk for athletes, maximising a food-first approach to nutrition and considering lifestyle factors before using supplements can be a factor in reducing your risk of an inadvertent Anti-Doping Rule Violation.
