ISMF Youth World Cup Final – Vertical track
The U18 Men, U18 Women, and U20 Women all started from the same point, finishing at the top of Pelvoux Saint Antoine chairlift. They faced a 440m elevation gain, with the finish line at the top of the station. The U20 Men started slightly lower, adding an extra challenge with a total ascent of 510m.
For the U18 and U20 Women, the first 200m were a steep straight climb, followed by a 100m flatter section with a few curves before exiting the forest. The final 100m featured a steep first 50m before flattening out—a perfect terrain for last-minute attacks and position changes. The U20 Men’s additional meters included a steep section in the forest before rejoining the main course.
