Join ITA Monthly Webinar on 24/09 – Ask the Expert: Nutrition
ITA September monthly webinar will be dedicated to “Ask the Expert: Nutrition”.
What is the role of nutrition in sports performance? How does it impact performance? And what can athletes do to make the best choices? These are just some of the most frequent questions we receive on one of our most popular topics.
This session, led by Professor Louise Burke, IOC Diploma program in Sports Nutrition and Australian Catholic University Director, will provide you with practical strategies and tips on how to make the most out of your nutrition and lifestyle to support your performance.
We invite you to submit your nutrition questions in advance of the session and should be submitted by Wednesday 18 September through the registration link.
Related to this, ITA next webinar in October will focus on the risks of supplements and how to make informed decisions about supplement use, as a follow-up to this food-first approach session.
